Appointments Please ,be aware all treatment times stated are inclusive of consultation and preparation time. For your Safety and Wellbeing a consultation form and consent form must be completed prior your visit ,so please do this before your appointment. Estetik Wellness & SPA reserve the right to reject an appointment and treatment if these forms are not completed or treatment is contraindicated to patients health ;or have any Flue or Covid -19 symthoms ,we will follow our Cancelation & Refund service policy. . We are aware Covid -19 sittuation is difficult and therefore we offer flexible Cancelation & Refund service policy. For a mobile service ,please contact us via our email: firstname.lastname@example.org to check if we are available. Please ,note that we can not guarantee a mobile service even if online booking slot is available.
Payment terms To secure your booking you will be required to provide credit or debit card details ,also a pre-payment is required to book an appointment. How ever we do operate a cancelation policy. Please see bellow.
Cancelation & Refund service policy
We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 12 hours prior the appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the full amount of the service. However, in case of cancellation of the original appoinment , you will receive a gift certificate to attend a future appointment. Please , see terms & condition for Gift certificates
Refunds and Exchanges products Products must be return unused ,unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they are originally purchased . We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which was purchased from us.You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it.Please keep the receipt.
Gift card and vouchers Every Gift cart or voucher has one month expiry date from the day of the purchase . Please ,make sure you book your appointments in advance , as we can not guarantee available slots . If you were unable to arrange an appointment during the expiry time length or use the full capacity of your voucher , we are really sorry but we do not offer extension or refunds of the service.
Health Please notify us on booking of any medical condition prior to your treatment as some treatment may not be appropriate for you .
Price Alteration We reserve our right to alter prices without prior notice .
Personal Items Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we can not be held responsible for lost items.
